, September 2017: Very good value for money. Prince's Gardens was set just off the main road around a small, quiet park/garden. The staff at check in were efficient, friendly and helpful. Facilities included a big breakfast (if booked and I would recommend booking it as there was a big choice of food for a very reasonable charge), access to a swimming pool and gym. The V&A is just around the corner with the Science Museum and Natural History Museum close by. At the top of the road is the Albert Hall and Hyde Park. There is a variety of eating places in South Kensington which would suit most pockets. As it is a University Hall of Residence, rooms are quite basic, but they are kept clean and provide tea and coffee facilities. The rooms are a real bargain for the price charged. 5/5

, September 2017: A good experience from check in to departure 4/5

, September 2017: Lovely place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean quiet location, yet near to the museums,Hyde Oark etc. 5/5

, September 2017: This was an option I had not explored before - so glad we did. It was perfect for our requirements, very conveniently located, and easy. I will do this again when I next travel to London. 4/5

, September 2017: My friend and I were most impressed with the whole experience and the nearness to the RAH. We will both be booking with you again next year. 5/5

, September 2017: What a delight. Way above my expectations. So very reasonable when you consider where we were. You will be my first port of call whenever I am in London at the appropriate time. Very well done. 5/5

, September 2017: I was very pleased with the room, location, and the price. Check-in staff were really friendly and helpful, ready with directions and tips, and even lending me an alarm clock. I'd definitely stay here again. 4/5

, September 2017: Excellent staff 5/5

, September 2017: I would not regard the facilities as "5 star" but the room was clean, attended to daily and adequate for all that was required. The College location could not have been better and everything needed was close by in particular cooked meals, shop and alcohol which was remarkably cheap and great value. Really enjoyed our time at the Imperial College. 4/5

, September 2017: This is an excellent option for London accommodation in summer. The Princes Gardens accommodation is very well located, central and easily accessible to many places of interest and to numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Although the rooms are simply furnished, as one would expect for student accommodation, they are very well maintained and clean, and they have a large amount of storage space for clothing. Excellent value for money in a great location. 4/5

, September 2017: Excellent staff. 5/5

, September 2017: The quality of our stay was excellent. The location of the university rooms was in an ideal setting; it made getting around so much easier. We were just a 5 minute work from the entrance to Hyde park and there was a bus stop at the end of the road that run 24hrs that stopped at most of London's tourist places. The double room was small but big enough to fit two people comfortably (as we weren't in the room much anyway). Access to the University Rooms was easy and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We left our luggage at reception on the last day so we could do some more sight seeing without worrying about carrying our luggage around. It's a straight forward journey to the University rooms from Euston station, you just have to catch the number 10 bus and so the same on the way back. We will definitely stay here when we come to London in the future. Great value for money! 5/5

, September 2017: Pleasant, well-run residence. Handy to all amenities, museums, underground. I would certainly stay here again. Facilities were very clean; housekeeping was excellent. We appreciated having access to a kitchen and laundry facilities too. 4/5

, September 2017: We were very happy with our stay in the Princes Gardens complex and would book to stay there again. 5/5

, September 2017: Thanks to all the staff. 5/5

Mrs Patricia L, August 2017: Very quiet and peaceful. So handy for museums. Looking forward to visiting again next year. 5/5
