We guarantee that all our feedback is genuine and can only be submitted by people who have booked through our websites.
Mr Mark Turner, October 2012: Very nice stay and use of kitchen facilities enhanced the stay, as it was very useful. Thank you
Mrs Johanna Day, September 2012: Problems with shower but was sorted quickly. Very pleasant and helpful staff in the office. They were very kind and efficient.
Ms Jill Garcia, August 2012: You can't beat the location of Pembridge Hall. The only issue I had was the paper thin walls - I could even hear the person snoring in the room next to mine. But for the price and location, it is worth dealing with the sonic boom.
Miss Glynis Jenkins, August 2012: This is the first time that I have used University Rooms for accommodation - the advice received to my questions, in advance of stay, was very prompt and helpful- thank you Miriam. The staff on site were also very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would consider booking University rooms again. The general decor at Pembridge Hall could do with a refresh but I recognise it is not hotel standard accomodation. Thank you
Mrs Maxine Sinclair, August 2012: Room was basic but very comfortable. (Like the mini fridge!) Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Very happy with the whole experience. Many thanks.
Ms caitriona geraghty, August 2012: Accommodation was fine. No lift in the building so if you had a heavy bag and on the top floor it can be a struggle. Free Tea and Coffee in the kitchen was a nice touch.
Mr ALLEN FOSTER, August 2012: Great location and real value for money - helpful staff and the fridge an unexpected bonus, only the shower disappointed !
Ms Chor Wan Ma, August 2012: i would like to thank wholeheartedly Ms Vanda Van Niekerk for her warm reception and great help especially in our lauggage handling . She is very helpful . Also , staff of reception are helpful and friendly . Much appreciated !
Provision of a scale would be a value added facility !
All staff members of the reception are friendly and warm .
Mr NATHALIE VALETTE, July 2012: very kind crew, v good emplacement in the Town. i think I will come again
Mrs Lisa Groener, July 2012: The water not being drinkable was the only negative thing abut Pembridge. Apart from that it was just the thing I looked for - a reasonably priced room on a good location in London.
Mr nicholas humby, September 2011: I was pleased sheets and towels were changed mid-week of my stay and I was given a quiet room as requested on my booking form.Overall, would recommend staying at Pembridge Halls.
Mr Guoxin Rong, September 2011: absolutely a perfect place for low-budget travelers to accommodate. Small but cozy. Quiet, close to city center and major tube station, and shared bathroom is never a problem. I'd like to stay there when I revisit London next time!
Srta. Cristina Leon Barbadillo, September 2011: The people in reception were always extremely kind and helpful. The room was definitely big enough and in good condition. The wi-fi reception was good, but I was on the ground floor, so the signal gets worse on upper floors (you could always use a cable though). The only negative thing was the catering facilities, since we couldn't make use of the cookers. Otherwise, a magnificent experience. Perfect location and I met some amazing people. I'd definitely consider staying in Pembridge Hall again!
Mrs Eva Palomo, September 2011: Great location. Staff helpful and friendly.
Mr Ashley Gunter, September 2011: For a cheap clean room in a central location you cant beat university rooms!
Ms ELSA DEL VALLE GARCIA, August 2011: I had the time of my life in LONDON and staying at Pembridge Hall is one of the highlights of my trip. I think my rating speaks by itself. Great place but most importantly, great people running the place. I'm definitely coming back in a near future if they have me.
Miss Tania Andersson, August 2011: Lovely staff, exellent service, Im so pleased with my stay here and highly recommend this accomodation!!
Sr. David Chaves Sánchez, August 2011: It was a really good experience¡¡ My room was lika a little flat.
Mr RICHARD HINGSTON, August 2011: I failed to inform the administration that my friend was ambulatory disabled and would need a shower with a low step for him to get into it. I had wrongly assumed that there would be a lift. There was no lift. The staff were immediately aware of the problems and found us a room on the ground floor with an accessible shower. Well done.
Mr Sounak Paul, July 2011: It was a nice stay at pembridge hall. The staffs were cooperative. I will choose to stay again.
