, October 2012: I had a great time during my stay in London and I was really happy with Bankside house. The facilities are very basic, but they provide everything you need and the front desk is helpful and polite. 4/5

Recomiendo el sitio (yo he repetido estancia). 4/5

, September 2012: I had a really great time - the location was excellent and the facilities and staff brilliant - I'd highly recommend it. 5/5

, September 2012: Please note that there were no breakfasts served here. Overall this was good for the price. Room is old, but that is not really a problem.Apart from that the kitchen facilities were very satisfactory, the washing facilities in the room well very welcome and the shower worked well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, being infact, within walking distance of Waterloo. 4/5

, September 2012: Absolutely great value for money, brilliant breakfast and super location!!! 5/5

, September 2012: We enjoyed our stay at Bankside House (mother and daughter - two nights, sharing twin room). It was as expected of student accomodation - big and busy; some noise at night, especially the plumbing! Breakfast was very good. Check in staff were helpful. Very convenient situation and reasonable cost. We would stay again. 4/5

, September 2012: Can't remeber the room number but it was a quad room on 2nd floor. It was basic as we had expected but spotlessly clean and very adequate. Only comment is I would have appreciated a hairdryer in the room! Breakfast was great really good value for money and we will be recommending you to friends. Thank you 5/5

, September 2012: Good value for money in a central location. Reception staff were very helpful, as was the barman. 4/5

, September 2012: Exactly as expected of a student room in terms of facilities and decoration of the room itself. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast! Staff very friendly and helpful; bar with extremely friendly prices. Overall very satisfied, I will book here again! 5/5

, September 2012: Ideal location 4/5

, September 2012: Excellent stay, good comfortable room, excellent breakfast, fortunate to get a parking space right outside. Only "complaint" no wireless network.... 4/5

, August 2012: My husband loved the breakfast with the news on the TV! The staff were friendly and very helpful with the internet. I loved being able to use a wide carpeted staircase with huge windows to get to my room 4/5

, August 2012: Bankside House is hugely convenient from a location perspective for exploring central London. However, it is somewhat noisy at night thanks to groups of younger guests hanging around outside. The mattresses have seen better days as well. But for the price and the location it's great value for money. 4/5

, August 2012: Very pleased with our stay 5/5

, August 2012: The size of the family room was a positive surprize. the room was clean and the prize was good. 4/5

, August 2012: Found the instructions to find Bankside a bit confusing and had to ask someone where to go. We thought it would be better to include the Blackfriars Tube Station, walk across the bridge to the Tate Modern and then take the path at the left hand side to the back of the Tate Modern. The staff are very friendly and we would stay here again. Very clean. Excellent value for money. 5/5

, August 2012: We had a lovely stay thank you 5/5

, August 2012: Friendly, helpful staff. Straightforward, basic accommodation. Great location. 4/5

, August 2012: Very nice staff, easy place to find and room was very clean. Great location to see London. 4/5

, August 2012: A very pleasant stay in LSE south bank. the room was just what we needed, but it did smell a bit 'musty' - like my son's room in hall in Sheffield! However, that would not deter me from booking in the future as it was excellent value for money to stay in central London for the Olympics. Thanks. 4/5

, August 2012: Excellent location and at a reasonable rate.... Would use it again 4/5
